Jessi Clemens, is a registered Diagnostic Medical Sonograher RDMS. She received her Associate of Applied Science degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from Concordia University, St. Paul. She completed her clinical training at Hennipen County Medical Center, Level 1 adult and pediatric trauma hospital in Minneapolis, MN.
Jessi enjoys her daily interactions with every patient and helping them on their treatment journey. She is an enthusiastic learner who strives to learn new skills and advancing her medical knowledge. She loves being a mom and spending all her free time with her son.
Jenn Heinz, RDMS, RVT is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) and a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT). She received her clinical training in Iron Mountain, Michigan, and received her Associate of Applied Science degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from Argosy University, Twin Cities. She also received her Bachelor's of Social Work degree from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Jenn enjoys getting to know the patients and each of their unique stories. She is a very compassionate care-giver and is always appreciated by our patients for her soft touch, reassurance and clinical knowledge. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and Golden Retriever doing outdoor activities
Lori works as a Nurse practitioner at Minnesota Vein Center with over 25 years of experience in health care. She completed her training at the University of Mary in Bismark North Dakota as a family nurse practitioner. She loves to learn new things and advance her medical knowledge. In her free time, she loves gardening, cooking, spending time with her husband, and lake life.
Joan works as a medical receptionist/patient advocate with over 30 years of experience in this role. She loves connecting with patients and helping answer their questions about their care. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her grandkids and taking care of her elderly mother.
Priyanka is a Biology Major from Michigan State University. She works as a medical assistant and support clinic in various areas. She loves spending time with her family and listening to music.
Leslie earned her occupational therapy degree from St. Catherine University in 1995, and subsequently certified as a lymphedema therapist with Lerner Lymphedema Services. She continued her training at the Dr. Vodder School International, Foeldi College in Germany, and with Klose Training. She is CLT-LANA certified since 2002. With over 25 years of experience, she has provided highly skilled and exceptional lymphedema treatment through private practice, hospital-based settings, and specialized home care services. She certified as a Physical Activity of Lymphedema specialist providing strength training for post breast cancer patients in 2014 and recently certified as a personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine.
