Jacqueline (Jackie) serves as Clinical Director and is co-founder of Minnesota Vein Center. She is a Certified Nurse Practitioner and Registered Phlebology Ultrasonographer (RPhS). Jackie provides evaluations, treatments, education and counsel to our patients. She has been a practicing provider and a varicose vein nurse practitioner in Minnesota for over 25 years and maintains CPR/ACLS certifications.
An Indiana University Adult Nurse Practitioner program graduate, her focus has been in Cardiovascular and Emergency Medicine. Graduate school, additionally, gave her the much enjoyed role of Research Assistant to the Dean of Research/NIH in Breast Cancer Screening. She is a member of American College of Phlebology, Minnesota APRN Coalition the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and American Venous Forum, Associate.
Jackie is passionate about venous disease, venous treatments and patient and staff education. She has co-authored the American College of Phlebology – The Nurses Phlebology/Core Curriculum 2009 and served as co-editor of both the 2010 and 2015 editions. Speaking locally and nationally, in addition to mission care work, allows her the opportunity to collaborate with others who share her compassionate care views.
