Henna Kalsi, MD, FSVM, RVT

Vein Specialist

Dr. Henna Kalsi is the Medical Director at Minnesota Vein Center with over 20 years of experience practicing as a Vascular Medicine and Vein specialist. Dr. Kalsi completed her Vascular Medicine Fellowship at Mayo Clinic and Cleveland Clinic. She is Certified by the American Board of Vascular Medicine and American Board of Internal Medicine. Holds certification as a Registered Vascular Tech, a specialist in Clinical Hypertension. She served as a faculty in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at Mayo Clinic for ten years as Vascular Medicine Consultant. Her interests are Venous Disease, Vascular Ultrasound, Aesthetics, and Wound Care. As a fellow at Mayo Clinic, she invented Body lumen occlusion apparatus and methods Noval technology licensed to Amsel Medical Corp which will develop new, minimally invasive treatments for Varicose Veins and Ligation of blood vessels. She is a Fellow of the Society of Vascular Medicine. Published extensively in several peer-reviewed Journals, Book chapters, and speaker at national and international scientific meetings. She is passionate about treating patients with Venous and Arterial Diseases and Developing Novel treatments for Venous disease.

Primepares G. Pal, MD, FACP, RPVI

Vein Specialist

Dr. Pal, a highly trained varicose vein physician in Minnesota, is the founder of Minnesota Vein Center and Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Venous and Lymphatic Medicine. He is also credentialed as a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI) by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS). Dr. Pal is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, (FACP), which is a recognition of accomplishments and excellence in medicine. He is an active member of the American College of Phlebology, a leading organization for vein care specialists, participating in its Research Committee, the Preceptorship Committee, and its Executive Leadership Summit. He is also a member of the American College of Physicians, American Venous Forum, Society of Vascular Medicine, and the Society of Vascular Ultrasound.
Dr. Pal trained at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with post-graduate work at the University of California, Los Angeles and the University of California, San Diego. He served as Clinical Instructor at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine before his extensive career as Internist/Hospitalist. He also served as Chief of Professional Services for the HealthPartners Medical Group.
After training and practicing Internal Medicine for 20 years, Dr. Pal left his position as Chief of Professional Services at the HealthPartners Medical Group in White Bear Lake, MN to take on a new challenge. He had recognized as far back as the late 1990s that technical advances in diagnostic ultrasonography, catheter-based procedures, and minimally invasive techniques presented opportunities to improve the quality of life for patients with venous disorders.
Minnesota Vein Center was founded in 2004 as a “one-stop shop” facility where diagnostic and treatment aspects of venous disease could be provided by qualified Minneapolis vein doctors.

Jessi Clemens

Diagnostic Medical Sonographer RDMS

Jessi Clemens, is a registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer RDMS. She received her Associate of Applied Science degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from Concordia University, St. Paul. She completed her clinical training at Hennipen County Medical Center, Level 1 adult and pediatric trauma hospital in Minneapolis, MN.
Jessi enjoys her daily interactions with every patient and helping them on their treatment journey. She is an enthusiastic learner who strives to learn new skills and advancing her medical knowledge. She loves being a mom and spending all her free time with her son.

Medical Assistant

Priyanka is a Biology Major from Michigan State University. She works as a medical assistant and support clinic in various areas. She loves spending time with her family and listening to music.

Samantha Priglmeier

Front Desk and Prior Authorization Coordinator

Samantha is the welcoming face and key coordinator at Minnesota Vein Center. As the Front Desk and Prior Authorization Coordinator, she ensures smooth patient check-ins and expertly handles the complexities of insurance authorizations. With her friendly demeanor and attention to detail, Samantha is dedicated to making each patient’s visit stress-free and efficient. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Minnesota’s outdoors and advancing her knowledge in healthcare administration. Samantha’s commitment to excellent patient care makes her an invaluable part of our team.

Sonographer

Molly is a compassionate and skilled Vascular Sonographer at Minnesota Vein Center. Known for her patient and kind approach, Molly provides top-notch care while performing detailed vascular ultrasounds. Her expertise in capturing and interpreting sonographic images is crucial in diagnosing and managing vascular conditions.
